Live Virtual Training

theClassroom is a blended training approach of on-line courses that are combined with the flexibility of a Virtual Classroom via live Webinar. Conducted by our experienced hotel sales trainers, this virtual program covers all the steps of a successful sales process in an extremely detailed manner.

theClassroom – Selling Steps to Success, Topics Include:

• Preparing for the Call and Greeting

• Effective Qualifying Skills

• Effective Presentation Skills

• Effective Closing Skills

• Overcoming Objections (Optional)

The Virtual Hotel Sales Training program can be scheduled at your convenience, but is typically an 8 week program. Throughout the class, all attendees will be given homework assignments so they can effectively apply and use the skills as they learn. Live role-playing is also utilized, as well as breakout sessions, and games to reinforce the skills.

The program is designed and presented to be as interactive as any on-site class, but provides attendees the added convenience of attending right from their own office. Currently the program is designed for hotel sales and catering sales managers, with a reservations version being introduced soon.
